Voluntary Contributions

The Graceville State School P&C, (like most other P&Cs) offer parents an opportunity to make a financial contribution which will assist the school.

Financial contributions are required because our State and Commonwealth Governments provide funding for basic resources only.
These include the provision of buildings and maintenance, teachers, etc.  Additional resources that enhance our children’s education are funded by the community, including parents and businesses.

In recent years, the GSS P&C has contributed towards the redevelopment of the school hall, the development of the Oxley and Acacia Rooms, walkways to connect the school and improvements to the current playground.

This year, voluntary contributions have been targeted towards the school's technology fund, to be spent on iPads, laptops, and other much needed classroom technology.  The recommended donation is $100 per child, however, any amount is gratefully accepted. 

Donations can be make via the Tuckshop (Qkr), or via direct deposit.
