P&C General Meetings

When
P&C General Meetings occur on a Wednesday commencing at 6:30pm.
There are typically two General Meetings per term and normally held in the Waratah Room (Level 1 - above the admin office).

Meetings are always announced in the GSS Newsletter and on our Facebook page. 
Email notifications of the meetings are sent 14 days in advance.

Who can attend
All P&C members are welcome to attend the General Meetings.

Non P&C members (GSS parents and/or carers only) are also invited to attend.
Should you not be able to attend in person, a link is available for all meetings to attend virtually.

The meeting Agenda, along with any relevant documentation is circulated in advance to P&C members.  

P&C members are invited to request additional Agenda Items by contacting the Secretary by the Friday prior to the meeting.
All requests are reviewed for consideration.
